The study output provided all the necessary information to justify the selected cable car
corridors and develop an investment plan. We carried out the pre-feasibility study for four projects.
The scope of the study focused on urban cable transport in the public sector, which is used
for passenger mass transit purposes. We pre-defined the corridors where this mode
seemed most relevant and easy to integrate into the existing public transport network.

The study covered:
Description of the corridors.
Present and future ridership per corridor. We used PTV Vissum to perform the
modelling study.
The technical solution for each corridor, including a proposal on the system, routing,
number of middle stations, initial number of gondolas, and system cost estimation.
Financial model and the business model, financial scenarios, and tariff study.
Initial institutional aspects.
Initial environmental aspects.
