This objective was to confirm the scope of investment, expected costs, and benefits,
and determine the implementation measures required for effective operation of the
municipal fleet. The assignment covered all fleet included under the project, namely city
buses, solid waste trucks and specialised vehicles (e.g. trucks, loaders and snow
compaction vehicles).
The Consultant assisted with the following tasks:
Task 1. Fleet, demand assessment, and investment plan
Task 2. Technical and cost review
Task 3. Project set-up plan
Task 4. Economic internal rate of return (“EIRR”) for all the investments proposed for financing
