The Project consisted of the following components:
Elaboration of Urban Transport Development Road Map.
Performance of O/D survey.
Performance of traffic counting survey.
Identification of the priority infrastructure projects.
Study tour and capacity-building training for project beneficiaries (Tbilisi City Hall
Transport Division, Tbilisi Transport Company).
Revision of Tbilisi Metro extension project – University Station Preliminary design.
Review.
Preparation of the construction tender documentation.
