Elaboration of the Urban development Master Plan for the territory in Tbilisi after removing the railway line (73 ha located in the Didube district of Tbilisi)

Elaboration of the Market Study.
Elaboration of CBA.
Institutional study.
Elaboration of the territory Master Plan.
Preliminary design of the territory, including new roads and transport links.
