The five-year Program, financed by USAID, enhances the Middle Corridor's logistics and
transportation potential, both for passenger and freight transport.
The project started in March 2024 and was terminated in January 2025.
Spectrum acted as a subcontractor to Deloitte LLP.
Spectrum performed the Survey of the Georgian Transport and Logistics Sector, the
Survey of Intercity Passenger Services—Bus Station Inventory, and the Survey of Private
Operators delivering Intercity Passenger Services.
